Microsoft Office 2010 language packs serve the needs of people who want to use Microsoft Office 2010 in languages other than English which is the default. It is useful especially for people who either want to use Office 2010 in their own language or want to use a multilingual setup so that they can work with multiple languages at the same time in Office 2010 installation. Microsoft Office 2010 language packs are mainly designed for professional and enterprise users and you can change the display language of the following programs inside Microsoft Office:. Access 2010.
Excel 2010. InfoPath 2010. OneNote 2010.
Outlook 2010. PowerPoint 2010. Project 2010. Publisher 2010. SharePoint Workspaces 2010.
Visio 2010. Word 2010 Microsoft Word Starter 2010 and Excel Starter 2010 are not supported by these language packs. If you are a Hindi user, these language packs will not be able to convert Access 2010 and Project 2010 into Hindi. Office 2010 language packs also enable the document proofing tools to be localized in the user language. The proofing tools include the following:. Spelling checker.
Grammar/Style checker. Thesaurus. Hyphenator. AutoCorrect list. Translation dictionaries If you want to install multiple Office 2010 language packs in the single installation of Office, you can choose your language and the download location below.
Almost everything including the help and support system will be converted to the language of your choice. Thank you for your work, however upon following the links (I tried 4 different ones), they all go to an English “Home Use Program” page. This is a “Buy MS Office for home use at a discounted price – enter your email and Corporate Code to verify eligibility” for corporate volume buyers. There is no way to say “Not interested” or “I don’t qualify”. Elsewhere, I have also gotten to MS pages that state “Office 2010 language packs are no longer available” Any ideas?. Juan September 20, 2016 @ 10:24 PM. Seems like Microsoft has removed the download links.
I can still access the language packs through MSDN though. If you have an MSDN subscription, you may download the language packs from there. Otherwise you may need to buy a language pack of your choice from here:.Language Packs are not supported on Word Starter 2010 and Excel Starter 2010. Access 2010 and Project 2010 are not supported in Hindi.Display languages for Microsoft Office Tools, such as Clip Organizer, Document Imaging, Document Scanning, and Picture Manager, are localized when Language Packs are enabled. Application localization varies by language. To view which proofing tools are included in each localized version, visit the Office Language Packs website.

Ivan March 24, 2014 @ 5:38 PM. Hi there, I have read the whole post and it seems that many people share my problem/request/wish: To be able to install ONLY the proofing tools of aa certain language (eg. Spoken english in marathi pdf download. Spelling and grammer check, Thesaurus) and NOT the whole language pack which changes also the UI.
I know for certain that this thing exists and it’s called: MS Office 2010 Multilanguage Pack with proofing tools (or MLP). It comes in 2 versions cd/dvd the cd has the ML packs while the dvd has the proofing tools as well. Is there any chance you could upload / link to this???.
September 12, 2013 @ 12:47 PM. Hi there, No, I am not talking about LIP. The LIP change the user interface to the language of choice but I don’t want that. I want my Office 2010 to remain in English but to have proofing tools functionality for the other languages that I type in. For example, I would like to have an Italian thesaurus and grammer check for my Italian documents while keeping my normal english user interface intact. It’s not logical to force people who use more than one language to install or convert the whole package interface into those languages just in order to be able to use them with all features available. I hope you understand what I’m looking for as I know for sure that this thing exists.
Phil September 12, 2013 @ 5:14 AM. Hi, Thanks for these links, they are really useful. I have some issues with the Danish version. When I try to install the 32-bit version i get an error message that says that i can not install 32-bit version because i run a 64-bit. When I try to install the 64-bit i get the same an error that says that I can not install a 64-bit version because i run a 32-bit.
I notice that the 64-bit version is 'Compatibility Pack for the 2007-Office system' and the 32-bit is 'Microsoft Office Single Image 2010'. Just thought I’d update you on my spell check issues. The Microsoft guy called me back today and he checked all the settings that his supervisor told him. It turns out that I’ve got everything set correctly. Spell check is still not working and these were his closing words “to be honest, I am really puzzled with this one. I can see that it’s not working so maybe there is a bug’ Microsoft will probably update the software soon because we are getting a large number of calls for this problem'” That’s it! Basically we might let you know in the future if we can help you – but not for now. LAURA February 17, 2013 @ 1:34 AM.
I have not purchased 2013 because the Microsoft people were very clear in saying that it was valid for one machine only. I specifically asked if my machine broke down, could I reinstall 2013 onto a new machine and they said NO. I do however, have another question that maybe you can help me with – I have downloaded the Italian Language Pack from your website ( THANK YOU VERY MUCH BY THE WAY – I AM VERY GRATEFUL). But, for some reason the words do not AUTOCORECT as I type. I have gone into FILE -OPTIONS – PROOFING nad have ticked the boxes, but as you can see from my typing, it won’t AUTOCORRECT. February 17, 2013 @ 1:35 AM. I contacted Microsoft Support and they went into remote assistance.
Office 2007 Language Pack Direct Download Links
They checked everything and we even uninstalled Office. Unfortunately, however, for some unknown reason, autocorrect still does not work as you can see from the obvious mistakes I am making as I write. What I mean to say is that, up until one week ago ( and this has nothing to do with that fact that I downloaded the Italian Language Pack from you) – autocorrect would fix the common words that were written wrongly. I’ve never experienced a document with so many underlined wrong words.
They said that they would escalate the Mayer and call me back on Monday. I will keep you informed if you wish. Silvo February 15, 2013 @ 10:41 PM.

On contrary to the impression they give, the download links provided above got nothing to do with the digital river company. You won’t be downloading these files from digital river servers. You don’t expect them to put it there for sale and also offer the free download link, right (that’s actually what they do but in disguise). However, these files were, of course, downloaded from the digital river servers, by somebody sometime, as it is the official provider of these language packs. I payed for and acquired an english language pack, and installed it on a legit office 2010 (yes of course it is working).
I compared the language pack i bought (one.exe file) with the file provided here; they are exactly (bit by bit) the same files. And, since installation of the language packs doesn’t ask for a key whatsoever nor does it require any sort of additional activation, you dont really have to buy a language pack. You can download the pack from here for free and install it onto your.legit.
activated office 2010 installation. There is no way to check whether you payed for it or not. (of course there is but apparently they are not bothering with this at the moment) So, why do they sell it if everybody can come here and get it for free?
Because they can, and because there are some people who prefer to buy something that isn’t offered for free by the producer. Neophilim November 28, 2012 @ 9:14 PM.
A installed copy of can be translated and converted into another language with a Office 2010 language pack. Thank you sooo much for publishing this excellent site. Open mu webshop credits hack. You can not imagine, how valable that this was! Not to get it only for free, but to avoid all the other stuff when going to microsoft to buy it – you need to open account, you need to give credti card information – then if you are living in Europe but you are now in US, your credit card does not match with the US address but the website will not accept the address outside US.
I am telling you – such a relieve to get this little thing done quickly and fast! Again; Thank you very much! Cheers Juan.
I really don’t feel I owe anything toMmicrosoft for the German Language Pack that I’m downloading from this site.I am tired of sending money to Microsoft to update the languages I work with every time they come out with a new version of Office. I had to purchase the Proofing Tools for Office 2003, an add-on that should have been made part of MS Office. Then, for Office 2007 MS forced me to purchase the new Multi-Language Pack because the previous program wan’t compatible. The Multi-Language Pack came with Proofing Tools for 37 languages, which I believe most people don’t need (I’ve worked only with 6 languages), but that’s how MS rips users. Now, for Office 2010, MS discovered that it could bleed its customers of even more money and wants us to buy each language pack individually. I wonder what they are going to come up next, so I am grateful for this site and wish them success. Thank you, gentlemen.

Hi all and MDL team, I would like to share my experience with the Language Pack. Accoding my opinion the Language packs should be for free included at the price of MS Office 2010 license. But Microsoft, as american so our czech one, answered for my emails that the Language Pack is needed to be purchase for each computer.
I do not agree with this statement as they was not able to proove me their statements. My arguments were: The EULA (End user licence agreement) for MS Office 2010 and its paragraph says: 3g) “The language packs and LIPs are a part of the software and may not be used separately. ” “If you acquire a language pack or LIP, you may use the additional languages included in the language pack or LIP” 2d) Separation of Components. The components of the software are licensed as a single unit.
You may not separate the components and install them on different devices. Than, why I should pay for Language Pack when there are part of the software I purchased?
And the “acquire” way is not specified, so I can download, there is no statement I should licence or buy? The components of the Office Home and Business 2010 are licensed as a single unit, so why I should license another unit eg. Language Pack? I payed for single unit and it was Office 2010 Home and Business. Regarding software, what you pay is the licence for use, nothhing else.
But even so, Microsoft is forsing customers to pay for the language packs Can you write meDid I missunderstood what is written in the Microsoft EULA? EULA is the bible for the MS Office 2010. Thanks Otto. (Sry if this a double post, I've included a link to NortonSafeWeb in my last post and I can't see the comment any more) I've downloaded the Danish language pack (64-bit) and it worked out just fine.
Checked this site with NortonSafeWeb and it claims this site as safe – and I didn't have any problems what so ever. Thumbs up from here, thx for the download. @Unknown: Are You sure You downloaded the correct bit-version of the Danish language pack? If so, maybe You have the beta-version of Office? That might be the reason for it not working. Also, You write that it automatically unpacks, did You just click 'open file'?
Try selecting 'Save file' instead and then open manually (btw, my file wasn't zipped). Best of luck. I bought two packs (Italian and Portuguese) from Microsoft's official site some days ago and they did not work. They said to me that the packs were only for 32bit products and there were no 64bit language packs. So I had to ask them to refund my money.
Then I found your page while searching for an alternative solution and to my surprise you had both files available, 32bit and 64bit. I downloaded the 64bit ones and they work great! I don't really understand a shit. Then they want us to go legal and pay for the software. For God’s sake! If I only get problems and a lack of solutions anytime I buy a piece of software! Thanks a lot to you, whoever you are, the people behind the “My Digital Life” site.
